Lovely Room Available in Duplex at Charing Cross

Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my room on the top floor of our duplex flat right by Charing Cross, rent due the 4th monthly but can discuss being flexible with that as a move in date. The flat is super spacious for 4 people, there is a bathroom on each floor, and has a lovely kitchen and living room. Some of the furniture pictured is mine and I’ll take that as I move out, but the room does come fully furnished with a double bed, shelves, clothes drawers, and walk-in storage cupboard. The room is the quietest in the flat - the outside noise never bothers me as the window is a double-glazed skylight.

Location-wise it is so handy, I go to Glasgow Uni and it’s a short walk, one flatmate goes to Strathclyde and one to Caledonian so it is definitely handy for all 3! Very close to everything you could possibly need, a big Lidl is a 10 minute walk away too.

Looking for someone who is friendly and social as everyone likes to hangout in the living room, but everyone respects each other’s space & are busy people. We are a very accepting & welcoming flat - no racists, homophobes or anything of the like!! As mentioned there are 2 students and 1 working professional, ages 22-25, council tax is shared between those eligible to pay & bills come to roughly £25 (over winter) monthly everything included
