Room to rent in city centre flat

Open floor plan kitchen/living room with three tall windows. Bedroom I believe is a single however the bed is a double bed and I’ve never struggled for room. Flat is right in the heart of the city centre. Restaurants near including Margo, Paesanno, and Sebbs. Many supermarkets near by including tescos and Sainsbury’s. 8 minute walk to Lidl and 10 minutes to Aldi. Glasgow central station is only a 10 minute walk away and Queen Street station is a 4 minute walk away.

Current Flatmate is a 23 year old Female in her fourth year at university. She’s easy going and loves a cozy night in watching a movie with a glass of wine or the occasional night out to the bars finished off with a boogie. She is looking for someone with a similar balance to be not just a roommate but also a friend.

Rent is paid monthly. Bills are a pay as you go system rounding up to around £90 each monthly now that we’re coming into winter however during the summer this drops down to only £50 each monthly. The council band is D. The flat was originally rented unfurnished so there will be a one time payment to myself for the furniture bought in by us which then could be sold by you or paid back to you from the next person when you decide to move out.

I’m sad to have to leave this flat however it’s time for me to head back home to New Zealand. I really enjoyed my time in this flat and will truly miss Glasgow.
