Double room @ Martha Street Apartments

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the Martha Street Apartments, Student Accommodation. It's a double room with an ensuite bathroom, a large desk, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a shared kitchen and common room, plenty of study spaces in the building, and laundry/dryers on-site. You would be sharing the kitchen and common space with two male students; they are quiet but very kind.
