I've been living at Unite Student accommodation for nearly 2 years as an international PhD student, but I'm heading back home in December and need to transfer my tenancy.

I'm offering it at the standard rate (£148 per week) but the listed price is £158 on the website. I'll bare the balance myself – I just need to sort this quickly before I leave.

The Room:
It's a really spacious premium ensuite with a large bed and lovely views. It's the only premium room in a 4-person flat, so you get a bit more space than the others.

The Flat:
You'd be sharing with 3 flatmates, but two of them hardly use the living area, and one's only here part-time. So basically, you're mainly sharing with one other person day-to-day. The living area is massive with brilliant views across to Strathclyde, Caledonian, UoG, and City of Glasgow College.

What's Included:
The kitchen's well-equipped – four fridges, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, the lot. All bills (WiFi, electricity, everything) are included in the rent.

Location:
Proper city centre – 5-10 minutes' walk to all the nearby universities. There's 24/7 staff on-site and maintenance requests through the app are sorted within a day.

This is available for any undergraduate or postgraduate student from any university. No council tax.
