Spacious En-Suite room in Merchant City (G1)

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely flat in the heart of Merchant City. The flat has a private garden and a modern, high-end interior. The bedroom is an ensuite with a double bed and plenty of storage space.

You’d be sharing with my flatmate, a 22-year-old recent University of Edinburgh graduate who works in a finance grad scheme and is very tidy and clean. Added his photo in the last pic.

Council tax is £118 per month, internet is £10 per month and electricity is around 40 pcm no gas heating.
