Room in city centre available!

Hey! Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who will be moving out at the beginning of December.

The flat is about a 20 minute walk from central station and a 5 minute walk to Strathclyde uni so in a really handy location! Bills are about £80/month and were council tax band D. The room has loads of storage and is fully furnished. The bathroom will also have had a full refurbishment before you move in 🥰.

I’ll be the other flatmate and I’m currently working in town and will be out of the flat 9-5 most days throughout the week anyway. Ideally looking for a female flatmate and if you’re up for a wee pint on the weekends that’s always a plus 😁
