Room in student halls available for 2nd semester

Spacious room in student halls available for second semester! Shared between 5 other girls who are all lovely My reason for moving out is that I have been offered a place in a friend's flat closer to my lectures. There is 2 hobs, 2 ovens, 2 fridge/freezers and plenty of kitchen storage space in the shared living room and kitchen and lots of windows to look over the city. The room itself is spacious and has lots of storage, and the bathroom is modern. We have never run out of hot water, and the heating works well, although the room generally does not need heated due to the floor to ceiling window that gets the sun for most of the day. 3/4 bed with a comfortable mattress, thick windows and blackout blinds mean that there are minimal disturbances at night. The accommodation is not prone to false fire alarms or big flat parties, so it is generally peaceful.

Rent includes all utilities, a gym, cinema room, 24/7 staff, pool table, table tennis, events, charity workshops and so much more!

New tenant must be a student, female, and late teens to early 20s. Not fussed about smoking or drinking, however smoking is not permitted within the building.
