1 Double Bedroom Glasgow City Centre

Looking for a flatmate to replace current flatmate (having to move back home as going back to university in a different city).

Flat is very close to both a train and subway station (5 min walk to both) and near shops as well.

Rent is currently £625 per month, and bills (incl council tax) are around £153 per month each.

During the changeover tenancy, the agency have said that the landlord is allowed to increase the rent if they choose to do so, as a new lease will need to be signed by both tenants - so cannot guarantee that rent will stay £625. However for the location, the rent is very reasonable compared to other flats.

Please note - the agency will only consider applicants who meet certain salary criteria. Employed individuals are required to have a salary of 30x the monthly rent, or savings amounting to such. Students and those who have lived in the UK for less than 6 months are required to have a UK based guarantor who earns 36x the monthly rent. Reference checks are also required by the agency.

I am a female in my mid-twenties, who works full time. I spend a lot of time outwith the flat, and am a very social person. Would love to find a flatmate who is also outgoing and likes to do things together!
