Hello,
We have a room that will be available end of December / January time. This is for students only please.
The room is a double and is furnished. There is 2 bathrooms for the 4 non en suite rooms so there isn't any problem with people waiting to use the toilet in the mornings 😅
We all get along well and all keep the flat clean together and hope to find a new flatmate who will do the same.
We are all pretty busy with uni work but we often will go out for a couple drinks together or have a board game night. So we like to socialise but also like our own space. 😊
Buchanan galleries in the centre is a 20 min walk away and there is also a bus stop across the road with regular busses into town. There is also a subway station close by.
Rent is 610 a month and bill vary but usually roughly 50-60 each
