Large High Double Ensuite Available/Bills Included

I'm a student at Strathclyde currently staying at Kyle Park House student accommodations. I've found somewhere else to stay from January-April, but have a contract with the accommodation that doesn't terminate until April 2026. I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract, which I've confirmed with the property manager the terms of my tenancy allow for. The sole requirement is that the replacement tenant must provide a guarantor of his/her own in respect of their obligations under the replacement tenancy
agreement. After taking over the tenancy, you can extend your stay at Kyle Park House beyond April, if you wish to do so.

The flat has room for 4 flatmates, but as of right now, the only tenants are myself and one other Strathclyde student who is male (and very clean/quiet). The room being offered here is spacious, comes furnished with a double bed and a large desk for studying, and also features its own private ensuite. There is also a large shared kitchen and living room area that all the flatmates have access to. Living on the property gives you access to a laundry room (with washers and dryers), bin storage, bike storage, a quiet study room, 24 hour security and gated access, a games room with a billiard table, and a cinema room. Also, the monthly cost includes all bills including water, electricity, and wifi access.

The property is a 13 minute walk from Glasgow City Centre and a 12 minute walk from the University of Strathclyde. The location is also recommended for other non-Strathclyde uni students, as it's very close to campus for University of Glasgow and Glasgow Caledonian University students as well.
