Hi there, I’m looking for a student to take over my current tenancy for the period above, as I will be writing my Master’s dissertation from abroad.

• Classic Studio (Limited View) at Bath Street Student Accommodation
• Fully furnished
• Private bathroom
• Private kitchenette
• Quiet, modern building in Glasgow City Centre (G2)
• All bills included (water, electricity, WiFi – depending on building policy)
• Secure entry, on-site support team, student-only residence
About the sublet / tenancy takeover:
• Official takeover of my existing contract (accommodation has approved subletting/transfer)
• Must be a student to qualify
• Fixed period: 1 April – 21 August 2026 (able to extend)
No need to stay the entire period, but rent must be paid for the full remaining contractIf you’re interested or need further details, feel free to contact me. I can provide photos, a video tour of the room, and the formal process for the tenancy handover.
