Cosy Home for Cat Lovers in the Heart of Glasgow

Hiya!
I’m looking for two responsible, cat-loving females to share my cosy 3-bed flat right in Glasgow City Centre.

I’m a professional (she/her) who works mainly from home (the living room), and I’m also the chair of a registered cat-rescue charity in Scotland. Because of this, the flat often welcomes a few new feline guests every month or two. They usually stay for around two weeks until they find their loving forever homes. If you adore cats, you’ll love being part of this little Meow Kingdom!

About Me

I’m a quiet, friendly, and very focused person with a busy schedule between my job and the charity. I’ve lived in several countries, enjoy meeting people from different cultures, and I’m always up for a warm chat. Animals — especially cats — are my passion, and I spend a few hours every day helping them through the rescue.
The flat is my cosy sanctuary, newly fully refurbished. I’ve made it a comfortable home for myself and my furry babies. I do my best to maintain the place, and I kindly ask that it’s treated with the same respect and care.

This flat is perfect if you:

Love cats and don’t mind cat hair and the meow

Enjoy a quiet, calm, clean, and cosy environment

Want to live somewhere with a warm, friendly vibe

Have no cat allergies

Are a female professional or a responsible student

(Students will need to pay their share of council tax)

Not suitable for: couples, smokers/vapers, additional pets, people with ADHD (cats find sudden movements alarming) or anyone who isn’t fully comfortable living with cats.

About the Rooms & Flat

Each bedroom includes a brand-new double bed, new mattress, and a new waterproof mattress protector

Every room has a bedside table, wardrobe, desk, and chair.

Rooms are partially decorated, giving you the freedom to personalise the space

I’m happy to help with decorating if you’d like a hand making it feel like home

The flat has electricity only — no gas

Each room has a modern WiFi-connected electric heater, can be controllable via an app remotely!

The flat stays naturally warm, usually around 17°C without heating.

Electric shower with instant hot water

A large brand new fridge with plenty of space for three people

Electric modern induction hob.

Modern heated clothes airers

Ring Doorbell camera for added security

Car parking depends on luck and street availability.

Cozy, clean shared areas maintained with respect for everyone (and the cats!)
