You have your own dedicated spacious bathroom with shower. The shared areas are fully functional- good sized kitchen and very spacious lounge with views over the gardens opposite. There is an upstairs open veranda in the summer which is great for chill time.

The flat is centrally located in merchant city close to Glasgow central and Queen street stations plus many bus links; there are local NCPs close by too. The flat is in the heartland of trendy cafes, restaurants and shops / bars; there are plenty supermarkets at hand too plus dentists and doctors. We’re well equipped!

I myself am a fairly outgoing character who is easy to get along with; as a flatmate I definitely support hygiene, tidiness and cleanliness and am respectful of other’s quiet and personal space and mine. Yet happy to chat and socialise too. I regularly go gym and play at pubs and clubs in Glasgow’s electronic music hotspots.
