My partner and I are a quite, easy-going couple looking for a considerate flatmate to share a 2-bed, 1-bath furnished flat in G4 (postcode G4 0NZ), available from January.
The flat is in a great central location, around a 15-minute walk to Queen Street Station, with excellent public transport links. One of the biggest advantages is the very low council tax (Band A), which helps keep monthly costs down.
💷 Costs
Rent: £550 pcm (total flat £1,100 pcm)
Council tax: Band A (shared)
Utilities: Electricity only (no gas). We will cover two-thirds of the total utility bills, so your share is lower.
