I’m looking to rent out a spare room. It is a large double. I have an en-suite, so the bathroom is yours. All the bills are included. There is a hyper optic broadband and also heating is on all the time, the flat is very warm. The secondary glazing make it very quiet, despite being very city centre based.
I am a quiet and friendly professional lady who likes to read and relax in the evenings.
I’m looking for a mature student or a professional. No parties, no smoking, female preferred.
There is a large friendly cat lives at the premises, so love towards animals and tolerance towards some cat hair is a must.
Short and longer terms are considered equally. Short term £250 per week on a week by week basis, £250 deposit
Not suitable for couples.
