CIty Centre Cozy Flat (Professionals Only)

Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving into his newly bought home in March and so I am looking for a new person to share the space with!

The bedroom is roughly 3m x 4m and gives you a view facing the High Street. It’ll be unfurnished but includes a walk‑in wardrobe for extra storage.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine and dishwasher. There’s one shared bathroom with both a bath and a shower.

The flat is 2 mins away from Aldi and Tesco Express.
2 mins down the road from High Street train station. 10 mins walk from Queen Street station, 20 mins from Glasgow Central and plenty buses, cafés, shops and pubs nearby.

The flat is located on the top floor of the building. The building doesn't have an elevator, so it is unfortunately unsuitable for those with accessibility requirements.

These are the bills which are split evenly between both tenants:
Utility bills fluctuate between £230/month in colder months and £80/month in the warmer months.
Council Tax Band C, currently £197 a month.

You would be sharing the space with me! I'm a 28-year-old professional who appreciates a calm, tidy, and friendly home environment. I'm really into cooking, gaming, film and tv and socialising. I am also a gay man and I also eat meat so looking for someone who’s comfortable with both. My ideal flatmate would be another like-minded professional who is sociable and wants to hang out on occasion!
