Looking for Flatmate

An en-suit double room is going to be available by end of Feb in the two bedroom flat that I am currently living in. Both rooms are en-suit, sharing kitchen and living room. This is an excellent flat in city centre with gym downstairs, 4 min walk to Glasgow central. And frequent public transport.

I am looking for a female flatmate with whom I can share this amazing place. I am a software engineer working with a Bank. So I prefer a flatmate who like to enjoy some quite time like me especially in night and someone who likes to keep their place clean and tidy.

The bills are not included in the rent.
For one person bills are as below-
Electricity - 70(in winter) prepaid meter so depends on individual consumption.
Wifi- 10 (Subject to change per virgin media)
Council Tax - 145.21
