I'm looking for someone to take over my accommodation immediately at, St James Abodus, Glasgow G4 0PS. The place is really nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a central, modern area with a lot of shops and restaurants.
Room: Ensuite room with a private bathroom, ample storage space, 13 square meters in size. Shared Kitchen and Dinning Area.
Tenancy Period: 1 Feb - 22 August 2026
Price: £140 pw (£700 per month, New tenant only needs to pay instalments up to June (no payment required for July and August)
All bills included (Wifi, Electricity, Water)
Facilities included: Gym, Laundry Room, Social Spaces, Cinema Room, Study Room, Game Area.
24/7 security, secure entry, and CCTV
Right next to Strathclyde sports centre and Andersonian library, 5 min walk from Strathclyde Union , 12-minute walk from Glasgow Queen Station, 25 min bus from University of Glasgow
