Flat in Glasgow city centre- female student only

Heyy, I’m moving out of a 3 bedroom flat and looking for someone to replace me. The flat is located in Townhead right near the city centre. It is perfect for students as Strathclyde uni is only an 8 minute walk away and Caledonian uni is a 10 minute walk. With great transport links all within walking distance.
The current flatmates are 2 female students. They are lovely and it’s a very chill atmosphere. The room includes a comfy king-sized bed, chest of drawers and a large desk. Looking for female students as to not pay council tax. The electricity bill is around £30 per month and the WiFi is £9 per month. I will put up more pictures but I’m in the middle of packing up so will as soon as I can.
