And the special requirement that they ask is, my replacement should be a female, who studies at strathclyde at the Master's or Phd level. I asked from reception they told me this .

So if you meet this requirement that's great but if not we can manage something where the contract stays on my name and we can setup payments directly to me instead of Kyle park in that case.
