I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely shared flat in Glasgow city centre, as I’ll be moving out soon.
This is a tenancy takeover, and the room will be available from the first week of April. I’m ideally looking for someone with the serious intention of moving in around that time.
The flat is shared with my current flatmate, who will still be living here, so we’re looking for a friendly, respectful person to join the household.
Location:
The flat is in a great spot, very close to Merchant City and Argyle Street, around an 8 minute walk into the centre. It’s a really safe area but still right in the city, with loads of shops nearby like Tesco Express and everything you need within walking distance.
Rent and bills:
Rent is £597 per month.
WiFi is approximately £15 per month.
Electricity usually ranges between £50 and £70 per month depending on usage.
Council Tax is £86 per month.
About the flat:
The property is managed by an agency who are genuinely very responsive, and repairs and maintenance are handled quickly which makes things really easy.

Once you’ve viewed the flat and we’ve agreed that it’s a good fit, we will get in touch with the agency to begin the formal process. They will request your documents and carry out the required credit checks and references before the tenancy takeover can be finalised.
