Double room in glasgow

Hi 😊 I’m looking for someone to take over a double room in my shared flat in Glasgow City Centre from the first week of April. It’s a tenancy takeover, so you’d need to be ready to go through the agency process around then. The flat’s in a really good spot, super close to glasgow green, Merchant City and about an 8 minute walk into the city center. You’d be living with me! I’m pretty easy-going and respectful, I like keeping the place clean but I’m not intense about it, just normal tidy vibes. I’m always up for a chat, but I also totally respect personal space. I’d say it’s more of a calm chill flat, I’m not against the odd wine night or friends now and again.
