Hi, Im Heather a 28 year old professional and my flatmate is moving out of our lovely two bedroom flat located in the city centre, Merchant City. The room is available from the 20th of April.
The flat is in an excellent location, lots of public transport, shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room which i like to keep pretty neat and tidy so would be good to have someone similar. I work shift work so often am out of the flat early in the morning and coming back late evening but keep very quiet.
I'm looking for a professional, preferably female, flat mate to have a friendly and easy time living together.
Council tax band : Band D
Electricity: roughly 50-60 pcm
