- Double bed, large wardrobe, and two sets of drawers
- Your own bathroom just across the hall
- Balcony directly off the room with a great view (ideal in summer)

About Me:
I’m 26, a student and work full-time as a bartender. I’m training to become a personal trainer, so I’m into the gym, routine, and keeping the flat clean.

- Clean, respectful, and easy to live with
- Social is a bonus but not essential
- No pets
