Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to join my furnished 2-bed, 1-bath flat right across from Glasgow Green. It’s within walking distance to Strathclyde Uni and the city centre. Lots of cute cafés, pubs, and independent shops around too :) Your room will come with a bed, bedside table, desk, chair, 4-cube storage unit and built-in closet.

Walking distance to:
Tesco - 5 mins
Aldi - 8 mins
University of Strathclyde - 13 mins
St Enoch subway - 15 mins
Argyle street train station - 8 mins
High street train station - 10 mins
Glasgow Central - 15 mins
Plenty of bus links around too

Bills:
* Electricity (Usually ~£35/person during summer months and ~£55 in the winter)
* Wifi (£7.5 a month)
* TV subscriptions (only if you watch TV!)

I’m looking for:
A clean, respectful female who wants a relaxed, drama-free home. Friends and the occasional gatherings are welcome but please know that this is not a party flat :)
Ideally another student for council tax purposes. Professional females are also welcome (Council tax is band D but you’d get a 25% discount for living with a student). I’d prefer no smoking and no frequent overnight stays for guests.

A little bit about me:
I’m a PhD student in biochemistry at Strathclyde. I’m pretty chill and would love a friendly flatmate dynamic. I’m happy to chat, cook, do things together, but I’m also very respectful of personal space. I like cooking, baking, yoga, music, and musical theatre. There’s usually some music playing in the evenings, so you’ll probably enjoy that if you like jamming out!
