To help with the transfer, I'm willing to contribute the equivalent of 2 months' rent myself. We can discuss the best way to structure this, whether as an upfront contribution or spread across the tenancy payments.
I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Blackfriars, Glasgow for the upcoming academic year.

The room is an ensuite in Unite Students' Blackfriars accommodation, located in Merchant City and within walking distance of Strathclyde University.

💷 Equivalent to approximately £137 per week
🛏️ Private ensuite bathroom
📍 Blackfriars, Glasgow City Centre

I originally booked the room but have since secured alternative accommodation and am therefore looking for someone to take over the tenancy through the official Unite Students transfer process.

A quick note on the payment schedule: Unite's instalment plan is front-loaded, meaning the first few monthly payments are higher (around £900/month) and the later payments are lower. However, the total rent for the year remains £6,987 (£137/week).
