Double Room close to Strathclyde & city centre

Hello! I am looking for someone to replace in my current flat, about 7 minutes walk away from Strathclyde University! It’s a nice, all girls flat, and in a very convenient location. It's less than a 15 minute walk away from Aldi, Buchanon Galleries. Its a 5-10 minute walk from Glasgow Caledonian University and City of Glasgow College.

I am looking for someone who can start the tenancy from June 1st! Please let me know if you have any questions and would like to arrange a viewing.

The room is furnished and the flat has a washing machine.

The other 2 flatmates are also both students and are lovely!

The room would be best suited for a student but anyone else is okay as long as you're willing to pay the Council Tax.

Rent is £550 per month and the bills (electricity and WiFi) are around £40 per month
