Room in private student halls, St James Road

I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room at Abodus st James for the last few weeks of my contract, with the possibility of renewing it afterwards. Rent is £195 per week (or £848 per month). Perfect for any student looking to stay in Glasgow over the summer and/or in the long term.

You would take over the current contract for the room and this would last until July 4th. The contract can then be renewed for up until September 5th, and arrangements to stay beyond that can also be made with another contract. You're free to move in any day from June 1st.

The room is a resonably sized en-suite room, with a small double bed (whites not included), under-bed storage, wardrobe, desk, and shelving.

The guys in the flat are lovely. A mix of students from Caledonian and Strathclyde studying different things- computing, optometry, engineering. There are 6 others in total but its quite a quiet household and only a few of us use the kitchen regularly.

I'm around to do viewings from the May 21st.

And please note- only students can live here. The staff check student IDs.
