LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
An open-plan kitchen and living room provide an ideal communal space, featuring a dining table and mid-century/modern furnishings that combine style with comfort. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors fill the room with light and open onto a private balcony overlooking the serene expanse of Glasgow Green.
PRIVATE HOST BEDROOM
My bedroom is next door to the guest bedroom. Both rooms have locks and keys for privacy and ensured safety. My bedroom is not shared, and your bedroom is for you only. Complete privacy for both of us.
ABOUT THE HOST
I’m a creative in my 30s working in the film and TV industry - if you’re a fan of Bridgerton or Outlander, you’ve probably seen some of my work! Outside of the set, I like to paddle-board on local lochs and spend time with friends. I also love a cozy night in with a glass of pét-nat and good conversation. My space has a relaxed, friendly vibe, perfect for fellow travellers, creatives, or anyone looking to enjoy Glasgow like a local.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Nestled on Greendyke Street in Glasgow’s vibrant G1 district, the apartment sits in one of the city’s most exciting and convenient locations. Just moments from the beautiful Glasgow Green, you’ll have one of the city’s oldest parks right on your doorstep—perfect for morning walks & riverside strolls.
From here, you’re a short walk into Glasgow’s city centre, where you’ll find shops, a huge variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés, and plenty of cultural highlights including Merchant City—known for its trendy dining spots and lively atmosphere. The Barras is just around the corner from the apartment which is an old Glasgow market founded in 1921, where you can purchase all sorts of items including food, drinks and keepsakes.
The area strikes the perfect balance between peaceful and central: you can enjoy quiet green space and scenic views by the River Clyde, while still being right in the heart of everything Glasgow has to offer. Whether you're here for culture, nightlife, food, or exploring further afield, this neighbourhood is an ideal base to experience the city like a local.
