I’m going away for work this summer and am looking for someone to sublet my room! £600 pcm for up to 2months, with bills, council tax (Band C), and WiFi included.
There is a beautiful cat Honey living here currently, she is an INDOOR only cat, and is cared for by the other flatmates. Therefore not suitable to anyone with pet allergies.
The other flatmates are a couple subletting. They’re here in Glasgow for work, until August.
Non smoking flat, but you would be welcome to smoke outside on the patio so long as you clean it up.
Beautiful neighbourhood, stones throw to Glasgow Green. Superb public transport all within 10 minutes walk.
As I am already away, I am not available to organise flat viewings, but will liaise with the couple living there to enable viewings to any interested party.
