I’m going away for work this summer and am looking for someone to sublet my room! £650 pcm for up to 2.5ms, bills, council tax (Band C) and WiFi included.
There is a beautiful cat Honey living here currently, she is an INDOOR only cat, and is cared for by the other flatmates. Therefore not suitable to anyone with pet allergies.
The other flatmates are a couple subletting. They’re here in Glasgow for work, until August, when the original tenant will move back in.
Non smoking flat, but you would be welcome to smoke outside on the patio so long as you clean it up.
Beautiful neighbourhood, stones throw to Glasgow Green. Superb public transport all within 10 minutes walk.
