I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat.

The room＆Flat:
It is a spacious and fully furnished single room with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, and study desk. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a cozy living area.

Location：
The Location is excellent.
3 min to the nearest train station(high street train station)

The building is right next to an Aldi supermarket.
And Tesco/sainsbury's /morrison are also a few hundred meters away. It also has some restaurants and cafe nearby in the city center.

About the flatmates:

You will be sharing the flat with friendly and clean students from U of G.

Everyone is very respectful of each other's privacy but also up for a chat or cooking together occasionally.
