Room to rent in Glasgow Merchant City flat

Available from 1st July, last date to move is 1 August

Hi I’m Laura, I’m 24, I’m a working professional and I’m currently looking for a new flat mate to move in by the start of July.

The flat is located just on the edge of Merchant City:
🚊 5 minute walk to High Street train station
🛒 3 minute walk to the big Aldi
🛒 3 minute walk to Tesco Extra
🍹 7-9 minute walk to Merchant city pubs/bars
🌳 10 minute walk to Glasgow Green
🏙️ 15 minute walk to Glasgow City Centre

The flat is located on the second floor of a five story building, this is an all furnished flat so all the furniture in the pictures comes with the flat. The room is a double room, with a build in wardrobe, bedside table, drawers and desk. We have a shared living room/dining room, bathroom and kitchen. There is also a shared comunal garden.

The bills are:
£600 - rent
£152 - council tax
£17 - WiFi
And then whatever bills that month, usually between £30-40

There is underground parking in a secure garage with a fob but this costs an extra £75 on top of the rent.

I am looking for someone in a similar position to me, a young professional who enjoys being sociable at weekends, who’s chatty, clean and tidy, friendly, but also works during the week so understands the need for quiet chill nights on weekdays.

Please no students and no couples.
