Description
Hello! I’m about to move out of my flat in Glasgow City Centre since my degree has ended, and am looking for someone to replace me since my flatmate has another year at university.
The flat is located a stone’s throw from Central Station, and so all amenities you could want are on your doorstep. Lidl is 5 minutes away, Co Op is 1 minute away, PureGym is 3 minutes away, and bus/train links are within a couple of minutes. I have truly loved living here, and being so close to everything has made me feel part of the heart of the city.
My flatmate, Max, is a 22 year old engineering student at the University of Glasgow. We have shared many evenings cooking together and playing games. He keeps clean and is very sociable, I couldn’t ask for a better flatmate.
The flat’s EPC band is B, and so bills are never high. During the winter months we have turned the heating on for an hour or two and the flat has retained its heat all night. I am unsure on the council tax band it falls into (since I have been a student my entire time here) but I can find that out on request.
Shown in the photographs is the room you would be taking, which is a lovely double room with plenty of storage space and natural light. There is a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and an inbuilt wardrobe included in the room. As well as this, Max’s room has an ensuite, and so the main bathroom is entirely yours. This includes a bath, shower and plenty of storage space. Finally, photographed is the kitchen/living room. There are gas hobs, lots of storage, two sofas, a table (&chairs), and a TV. Max has a PS4 that lives in the living room that anyone is welcome to enjoy. There are lovely big windows on the kitchen too, so lots and lots of natural light. Both the kitchen and your bedroom look out onto Central Station (the pretty top part of it!).
