Ensuite room with shared kitchen for student

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I had originally booked accommodation at Dobbie's Point however I am no longer able to enter this tenancy and cannot cancel.

A room in this property is usually £175/pw (£8,925 for the year) but with the deal I received it will be only £8,170 for the year as well as a free Nintendo switch! The tenancy lasts from 29th of August 2026 to 21st of August 2027, however the payments will be between August and May. The room is a bronze ensuite with a shared kitchen/living room between 6 students. I am ideally looking for someone who can take over the tenancy from August however I am open to discussing later dates. This person MUST be a student as per the properties policies.

Dobbie's Point is a great facility with many amenities such as:
social and study spaces through the building
24hr access to on-site gym
outdoor courtyard with BBQ area
onsite laundry facilities by circuit laundry
communal kitchen
cinema room

The accommodation is close to Glasgow City College, Glasgow Caledonian University and Strathclyde. Also easy access to University of Glasgow, Royal Conservatoire, Glasgow School of Art, Glasgow Clyde College and Glasgow Kelvin College as the accommodation is a short walk from Buchanan Bus station and subway station. Also, it's central location means you are surrounded by a huge selection of great restaurants, bars and more (this can also be helpful when looking for a job!)
