We have a double room to rent in our second-floor flat on St Andrew's Square in Glasgow City Centre.

You will be sharing with myself (Architect) and my partner Cleo (Academic) - however, due to our working arrangements, we will be spending a lot of time between London, Sheffield, and Ireland over the coming year. You'll therefore have the flat to yourself for the majority of the time and we'll be back and forth here and there.

The flat comes fully furnished with a brand new double bed mattress and a very recently refurbished bathroom. The room has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage throughout the flat. If you'd like to work from home, there's a desk setup in the Living Room that you could use.

The flat has beautiful views of the square from the living room with views of Glasgow Green from the bedroom and kitchen. We're a 3 minute walk from the Green and the Clyde and you can be in the City Centre within minutes too. Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central Station are a 15 minute walk each, and we're 10 minutes from St Enoch's Subway station. Local highlights include Outlier coffee shop, Barebones Chocolate, Modern Love, The Barras and Andersons (for an unpasteurised Tennents) all within 5 minute walk of the flat.

The flat comes with all bills included which includes council tax (Band D), 1GB high speed wifi, heating and electricity. There is also a private and secured parking space underneath the building which you can use if you have a car. The building has lift access which is also a plus.

The flat is available from the middle of August and we'd be looking to do viewings in the first week of August.

The flat will especially suit someone who likes having their own space or someone who doesn't mind living by themselves most of the time as we'll be travelling back and forth a lot. When we are home, we're very laid back and love to cook and socialise.
