Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Canvas Glasgow from September 2026.

💷 £177/week currently (after Cashback)

📅 5 September 2026 – 27 August 2027 (51 weeks tenancy)
*Early check-in from 1 September available at no extra cost.
*Shorter takeover is also possible, but the tenant would need to find a replacement for the remaining tenancy.

📍 Great location, close to GCU, Strathclyde, Buchanan Bus Station and Glasgow city centre

The tenancy takeover will be processed directly through Canvas.

HOW TO TAKEOVER THE TENANCY:
1. Please create account through this Canvas web (I'll share the link via message, as I can't post web links here)
2. Choose "Canvas Glassgow" and create your account.
3. Once logged in, you will need to fill in the application form (education, guarantor, etc) until Summary part. You can choose the room randomly as Canvas will change it to my room number. Also, you don't need to pay anything in this stage.
4. Once complete, let me know and email to Canvas Glasgow that you've finished.
5. Canvas will allocate the correct room and price, this will then generate a lease agreement for you to look over & sign. You will also need to pay for the first instalment due, which will be before you move in. We will not be able to issue a key without these being
complete first.
