Double Room for rent Glasgow City Centre

Hey! My flatmate and I are letting out the third room in our flat as our friend is going to Spain for the year. The room is available from 5th September for £465 a month.

It's a double room with two wardrobes (sorry about the lack of pics it's still being cleared <3). Bathroom is shared for the flat and there's a seperate kitchen and living room. Bills are roughly 100 each month (12 Wifi + 90ish heating)

We'd be looking for someone to let until at least Christmas/January to save the faff. (Assuming everything was okay).

Looking for another student over 20 who would fit in well with us!

We are both students in our honours years at uni, at Glasgow and Cali. We're both pretty social, and like going out and having people round - so deffo have to up for that. Generally we're pretty relaxed though, lurrrv having people round for dinner or movie nights! We're also pretty outdoorsy, into swimming, climbing and that and quite creative.
