One Double room to let

Hi, I am looking to rent out a double room in my flat. I’m looking for someone who is cultured and bilingual, preferably male, although a female may also be considered.
Ideally, I’m looking for a working professional or mature student. I don’t drink or smoke, so I would prefer someone who has a similar lifestyle.
The flat is very clean, and could size, and I prefer shoes to be removed at the door. I travel quite a lot and am hardly in the house, so I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and able to look after the place.
Bills are not included. The flat currently only has electricity, which costs around **£35 per month**. Wi-Fi is included in the property.
The flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Glasgow city centre, with easy access to the West End, nearby universities and local amenities.
