I came across Solasta Riverside apartments, Prices from £2,050 pcm for 3 bedroom. Council tax band E (170 as per google and would be divided equally)

I am looking to rent as well and looking to find 2 more people to rent with me. I am assuming furnished would cost a little more so assuming that it would be 2100pcm. However, we will divide the costs as per actual. As per their ad 1 is ensuite and 2 are normal rooms with shared bathroom. The person taking ensuite would need to pay a little more for private bathroom.

Broadband is included and there is no hidden other fees as per their ad. I am assuming with council tax elec/heating it would be around 800-925 per person.
