One Single Room for a Professional Lady

I have a single room available in my apartment located in the very heart of glasgow city centre literally 1 minute walk to Glasgow Central Train Station, 2 minute walk to St Enoch Subway, Buchanan Galleries view from apartment entrance

The room is single but a cross between double and single (quite spacious 4 meters long/2.5 meters wide) It is furnished and It includes bed with new sheets and duvet as well pillow, an open cupboard, a desk with mirror and desk chair.

The rent includes Sky Broadband Internet, Council Tax & Electricity & Gas. No further bills to be paid.

Ideally will be for a working profesional girl, who is looking to settle in Glasgow or moving from another place or studying. Trusting person !! who likes to look after the apartment like her own house/own self. Long term preferred (12+ months) however short term can be considered depends on person.

My self 30 Years old Young Gentlemen, working from home on my own bussines. I am a Author and Musician.

***Prior to Let Agreed the Successful person will require 2 forms of ID (Passport and driving license/National ID Card) for Identification, proof of employment/studies ~ references - for Vetting. It will be *checked***

I will be Interviewing the person prior to move in & seeing the apartment.
