Hi!
I have a nice sized double room (en-suite with built in storage) available from August. The apartment is located on the 11th floor of a modern city centre development (we have a lift!)and has a balcony with nice views over Bath Street. It has also been decorated (this summer) with brand new furniture throughout, a 55inch 4K Ultra HD TV, Blue-ray player and ultra fast Fibre Optic broadband.
As for me, I’m a final year of Dental student (post grad) and am relaxed and easy to get on with. My ideal Flatmate would be a post grad, or similar, who is clean, tidy and has a mature mentality. Also, to avoid council tax issues, I can only consider sharing with a fellow student.
