A single room to rent in Sauchiehall Street

Hello there, this is Sybil and Maria, we are Post grad students in the Glasgow School of Art. We have a single room to rent in Sauchiehall Street, just above Nice n Sleazy, a private room with a single bed, with shared kitchen and bathroom. The location is the perfecto! It's just above nice and sleazy it's basically close to everything, grocery, restaurant, bars, club. It's most suitable for students, as we are both students, that save us the council fee.
It can be noisy at times depends on how the night goes with some of the clubs, it's not the best for light sleepers.
If you'd like to have a house view, feel free to contact us, and we'll sort the contract with the landlady later on.
ps: there's is shared broadband with the price 9 each a month.
