En-suite room to rent, fully furnished with king size bed. Open plan kitchen living room. Amazing view, short walk to city centre. There is a large communal patio area at the front and back of the property.
Roommate must be clean, tidy, friendly and preferably a professional. I do not want anyone is who is looking for party flat.
I have a 9 month old puppy so you must be dog friendly and ideally have experience living with dogs.(accept they bark, jump up, sleep on the couch and dog hair- although he sheds minimally- is still around)
£650 for rent and bills - for couples this will go up.
