The room is a decent size and is fully furnished, including a desk, wardrobe and sink.

The communal spaces in the flat are generously sized, with a large shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms.

The flatmates are all clean, tidy and sociable individuals who also have a respect for privacy and the need to work.

The lease is from February until the end of August.

This is a great bunch of people in a flat located at the heart of Merchant City. I am only moving out to move in with my girlfriend.

As I want to move out ASAP, I am offering to cover the first month's rent.
