Room near the city centre. Up to 3 months

The room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a chair, so you might want to get a chest of drawers. The kitchen and the toilet are small, but have everything you would expect them to have. The living room is bright and spacious.
There's one other person living in the flat - me. I'm a third year software engineering student at Strathclyde. I'm easy to get along with and sociable.
The flat is located just across The Barras. There are plenty of shops nearby like Morrison's, Aldi, Tesco, etc. It's 2 min walk to Glasgow Green, 10 min walk to Strathclyde's campus and 5 min walk to the city centre.
Bills are not included in the rent. They come up to £30 a month depending on the usage (£13.5 for the Internet and the rest for gas and electricity).
