This bright double room in my two bed flat is available from mid July.

My flat is located just off Queen Margaret drive, a lovely street of small shops and quaint cafes and near a leafy childrens park. A stones throw from the beautiful botanic gardens as well.

The flat itself is light and airy with double glazed tilt and turn windows. The room is a good size with a double bed, wardobe and desk, and silent fridge.

Communal areas are bathroom, kitchen and garden.

The rent includes all bills plus a fortnightly cleaner.
