Beautiful cozy room available in the best location of the West End.

About current flatmates. We are two friendly and tidy students who really enjoy their stay in the flat. We do have both busy and more chilled times, so drinks and late nights are welcome, but respect is essential. Looking for a sociable person, not someone who just pays the bills.

The flat has everything you will need for a comfortable stay:
- a medium-sized bedroom with a great view and natural light all day long (weather permitting)
- a huge living room where to socialise, relax, listening to music, watch a movie, study, party with your friends and clean the next day (there's a TV, speakers, records player, etc)
- a big kitchen with all amenities, enough to have dinner with all your friends
- clean shared bathroom

All you will need is your bed sheets and your own mug if you don't want to share the actual 12 ones.

- 5 minutes from clubs and pubs on Sauchiehall St
- 5 minutes from pubs and restaurants in Finnieston
- 7 minutes from the closest subway stations
- 8 minutes from closest Tescos.
- 10 minutes (probably less, depends if you in a hurry) from main campus of UofG and GSA
- really far from southside

Bills in winter will be higher for obvious reason.
Deposit is required.
The room is available from the beginning of March 2019 (flexible), until September 2019 (flexible). Shorter terms considered.
