I need somebody to take over my studio at Willowbank Student Accomodation. The tenancy is from January 2019 to July 6th 2019 and there is the option of extending your contract. The start date is negotiable. ALL bills and 50MBps WiFi are included in the rent and there is no deposit.

The studio is 23sq. m, brightly lit and airy as it has 3 tall windows and half the room has a 15-foot ceiling.
Room is furnished:
3/4 bed + mattress + underbed storage
desk + chair
flatscreen tv
large wardrobe
ensuite with shower
fully fitted kitchenette

Building has an onsite laundry room, a gym, cinema room, common room and multiple study rooms that are open 24/7.
Glasgow Uni is a 12 minute walk, the 4/4A bus stops right outside and the subway is 7mins away. The property is in the Woodlands area so very close to all the fabulous Westend amenities like Kelvingrove park, Great Western Road, Byres Road and multiple cafes and bars. Sainsbury's is 3 minutes away.
