Beautiful & spacious west end flat, near the tube

Hi there,

I’m looking for a new flatmate, very soon.

The flat is a 2 bed in Woodlands, very near to shops, and Kelvinbridge subway. It’s a 3rd floor tenement, with a shared big kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The flat is fully furnished.

I’m a 30 year old working student, which keeps me busy. I’ve got an active social life, so I’m out and about quite a bit, but also like to have friends over. I enjoy a variety of activities, including: crafting, drumming (not at home), learning new things, cooking, travel, and all thing feminist.

My ideal flatmate would be somebody who is open minded, tidy, and friendly.

The money bit: The rent is £350. I’m a student so exempt from council tax. I’m open to living with other professionals, your council tax would be approximately £80 a month. Other bills (energy, internet) are approximately £50 a month.

The tenancy contract offer is 6 months and would then move to a rolling month to month contract.
