I'm letting this lovely room from 10th of July until the end of August. The rent is £340 and bills come around 40-50 (inc. Broadband), depending on gas and electricity usage. The current flatmate is a friendly, professional female, who spends most of her time working.

Our cosy flat is located in the Woodlands area of Glasgow's West End, 15 minutes away from Byres Road and 10 minutes away from Glasgow's City Centre. There are shops such as Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl, and main transport links at a walking distance- St Georges Cross subway station (5 mins), Charing cross (10 mins). University of Glasgow and Glasgow Caledonian University are situated respectively 15mins and 25mins away from the flat.

In general, the room is perfect for anyone, looking to rent for a short term or explore the gems of this amazing city.
